Auto Auto Prototype

For a new project in development, “Auto Auto”, we are modding a remote controlled car to sense and avoid obstacles on it’s own.
With an Arduino and ultrasonic distance sensor on board this little guy drives himself!
This hacked $2 Mustang is the fruits of one afternoon’s tinkering.
We hope to develop and refine the model and replicate the results across multiple body types to experiment with interplay between them.
We are also looking at a large scale version of this with a mobility scooter we recently found.
